Sales executive/manager/team leader
Job description -
Identifying customer and his need, pitching the project accordingly.
Should have Strong convincing skills.
Attending the client at site and showing them the property.
Negotiations and closing the deal independently.
Should have experience in real estate field.
Should be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial properties.
Maximize revenue generation and lead closure by using company's leads generated through media marketing campaigns.
Should be capable of handling HNI clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for future business and further references.
Should be responsible for finding and handling existing and new channel partners and maintaining relationships with them.
Generate business from channel partners.
Update channel partners about companies existing and upcoming projects.
Should be responsible for channel partners payouts management.
Coordinate between presale and post sales team for smooth transaction.
Responsible for overall sales.
Should understand the core values of the company and focus on target achieving.

Doing strong follow up with the clients.
Taking post visit feedback.
Should be proficient in Hindi, Marathi and English.
Should have Excellent communication skills and convincing power.
Should be self sufficient and responsible for achieving monthly targets.
Should be comfortable in data calling as and when required.
Critical thinker and problem solving solving abilities.
Identify and understand the clients requirements and pitch the project accordingly.
